Craft beer and rustic food is a way of life at The Coopers Tavern, with our Bier Hall Dinner Series we will showcase both of those concepts with special dinners designed around some of our favorite breweries. We are proud to partner with Perennial Artisan Ales for our fourth Bier Hall Dinner. Dinner includes three 8-oz. beers and a three-course menu. In true bier hall style, there will be plenty of community tables for seating. Please feel to send us a message if you would like to sit with a specific friend or family member. We are happy to make those arrangements.

Executive Chef Cooper Booth has done the hard work of tasting all the beers we will be pouring, and crafting courses from locally sourced ingredients to enhance and highlight flavor notes in each beer.

Ember Roasted Vegetable Salad
Highlights of the season from troy community farms and vitruvian farms, preserved citrus and basil vinaigrette
paired with  Hopfentea Berliner Weisse, 4.2% abv

Second Course
Chicken Roulade
Tomato jam, saffron broth, fresh local herbs
paired with – Hommel Bier Belgian Pale Ale, 5.9& abv

Third Course
Goat Cheese Pana Cota
Granola, local honey, seasonal fruit, fresh local herbs
paired with – Glitter & Gold Saison, 6.5% abv
